Game Theory
The idea
Let's say there are two players with three possible actions:
Stake (Buy)
Bond
Sell

By working together, users of PandoraDAO can maximize the overall benefit for the entire network of participants.
Let's take a closer look. The X-axis represents one player and the Y-axis represents the other player. When both players act within the boundaries of the green boxes, it leads to a positive outcome for all parties involved. When both players act within the yellow boxes, the outcome is neutral for all parties. However, if both players act within the red box, the outcome is negative for all parties.
Different outcomes can result depending on the approach users take in playing the game of PandoraDAO. It can be seen that the majority of options, 8 out of 9, result in a positive or neutral outcome. However, the option where both players choose to sell, results in the least favorable outcome, having a negative impact on all parties (-3, -3). On the other hand, the option where both players choose to stake and auto-compound, results in the most favorable outcome, having the highest positive impact on all parties (3, 3).
This demonstrates that the game theory of PandoraDAO encourages collaboration and cooperation among players, resulting in a positive-sum environment where all parties benefit the most, regardless of when they enter the game.
