Staking
The main way for users to accumulate value in PandoraDAO is through staking. Users can stake their PDRAI through our front-end in order to receive rebase rewards.
When a user stakes, they lock their PDRAI and receive an equivalent amount of xPDRAI. The xPDRAI balance will automatically increase at the end of each epoch through rebasing. xPDRAI tokens depend on the Base Staking Rate (BSR).

Staking is a passive and long-term approach. By participating in the rebase, the number of tokens held will increase based on the annual percentage rates (APRs) set by the protocol, and the interest is compounded automatically.
When someone decides to unstake, they will burn the xPDRAI and receive an equivalent amount of PDRAI. By unstaking, the user will give up the opportunity to receive the next rebase reward.
